Customers who specify personalised products (eg cut length fabric and tinted paint to their own specification) are therefore excluded from your right to return.

YOU MUST RETAIN EVERY WALLPAPER LABEL AS WE CANNOT ACTION ANY CREDITS WITHOUT THEM.
This is the requirements our suppliers demand off of us.

It is essential to carry out the following checks BEFORE CUTTING the goods or using in any way.
MOST IMPORTANT PLEASE READ MANUFACTURERS LABEL WITH REGARDS TO HANGING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU COMMENCE
THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS UPSIDE DOWN WALLPAPER!
IF YOU OR YOUR DECORATOR ARE HANGING YOUR WALLPAPER PLEASE ENSURE YOU OR THEY KNOW WHICH WAY THE PATTERN SHOULD BE HUNG (NOT ALL WALLPAPERS COME OFF THE ROLL THE SAME WAY ROUND DUE TO MANUFACTURING PROCESSES).
IF UNSURE DO NOT PROCEED WITH THE JOB.
Are you working in good lighting, cleanliness and temperature conditions?
YES / NO
Are you sure that the goods are ordered both for colour and design, and free of faults?
YES / NO
VISUALLY CHECK. Is the colour matching and shading between pieces correct and are the batch numbers the same?
YES / NO
Do you have the correct hanging instructions and are you using the correct/recommended adhesive?
YES / NO (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT)
Is the result entirely satisfactory after hanging the first three lengths?
YES / NO
WE RECOMMEND THE USE OF LINING PAPER PRIOR TO HANGING YOUR WALLPAPER, THIS IS TO HELP COVER ANY BLEMISHES ETC WHICH COULD SHOW THROUGH.
If you have answered "NO" to any of the above questions or if you are in any doubt whatsoever, or you are unsure which way the design should be:-
STOP !!! Do not proceed with the Job
IMMEDIATELY CONTACT SOMEONE IN AUTHORITY OR YOUR SUPPLIER
REMEMBER! It becomes your responsibility if you ignore or fail to carry out any of the above checks and cut up or hang wrong, faulty or shaded material. No claim will be considered for cutting or hanging more than three lengths.
Any claim for goods damaged in transit must be notified by email or in writing to both ourselves and the carrier within 72 hrs of receipt of goods. Failure to comply may result in the carrier refusing to entertain such a claim and in which case we cannot accept responsibility.
These goods are supplied on the express conditions that the suppliers liability for any fault or defect therein, or claim in connection therewith is limited to a sum exceeding the purchase price.
IN OUR EXPERIENCE MOST COMPUTERS DO NOT SHOW TRUE COLOUR REPRESENTATION. WE WORK WITH THREE DIFF COMPUTERS THE IMAGES SHOW DIFFERENTLY ON ALL THREE SCREENS. WE DO OUR BEST TO GIVE YOU A GOOD LIKENESS BUT AS OF YET GETTING THE IMAGES TO BE PERFECT IS BEYOND OUR LIMITED SKILLS.
IF THE DESIGN WAS A PAPER WE ORDERED IN AS A SPECIAL FOR YOU AT OUR VERY DISCOUNTED PRICE WE CANNOT REFUND. PLEASE CHECK WITH US IF THIS IS A STOCKED PRODUCT OR A SPECIAL ORDER BEFORE ORDERING.
PLEASE CONFIRM WITH US THAT PRICES DISPLAYED ON OUR SITE ARE CORRECT BEFORE PLACING ORDERS. ALSO PLEASE CHECK LENGHTS WIDTHS AND PATTERN REPEATS ON WALLCOVERINGS AND BORDERS ARE CORRECT BEFORE ORDERING. BEFORE ENGAGING A DECORATOR TO HANG YOUR WALLPAPER OR BOOKING IN ANOTHER TRADESMAN EG A CARPET FITTER TO LAY A NEW CARPET AFTER THE WALLPAPER IS HUNG, PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE HAD THE CORRECT WALLPAPER DELIVERED. THAT YOU HAVE ORDERED ENOUGH WALLPAPER ETC TO COMPLETE THE JOB.
SHOULD YOU NEED TO ORDER EXTRA ROLLS TO COMPLETE YOUR JOB IT MIGHT NOT BE POSSIBLE TO GET THE SAME BATCH OR SHADE. THAT YOU HAVE CHECKED THAT THE BATCHES OR SHADE NUMBERS ARE CORRECT, AND THAT YOU HAVE CHECKED ALL PRODUCTS FOR POSSIBLE FAULTS. DO NOT HANG FAULTY PRODUCTS.
WHEN WE PLACE ORDERS FROM OUR SUPPLIERS THAT WE DON'T STOCK OUR SUPPLIER GIVES US AN ESTIMATED DATE WHEN GOODS SHOULD BE WITH US. THIS DATE IS PASSED ON TO YOU IN GOOD FAITH BUT CAN BE CHANGED AND OFTEN DO. WE REGET AN INCONVIENCE THIS MIGHT CAUSE BUT THE SITUATION IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
ALSO WE REGRET S&A SUPPLIES HAS NO CONTROL OVER OUR SUPPLIERS WHO CAN AND DO DISCONTINUE OR DROP PRODUCTS WITHOUT NOTIFICATION TO US.
WHEN SELECTING PAPERS, BORDERS AND OR FABRICS OUR SUPPLIERS ENCLOSE A GUIDANCE LEAFLET WHICH YOU SHOULD READ. ALSO PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE INFORMATION ON THE MANUFACTURERS LABELS.
